Our factory manufactures expanded metal mesh by slitting and stretching solid metal sheets, creating one-piece structures free of welded joints. We supply raised anti-slip mesh and flattened smooth mesh, with carbon steel, galvanized steel, 304/316 stainless steel and aluminum as standard materials. Regular sheet thickness covers 0.3mm to 12mm. In-stock diamond patterns include S2.5L4.5, S10L25, S15L40, S36L100 and S50L152.4, strand widths from 0.5mm to 8mm. Custom cutting, bending and galvanizing coating are supported. It fits machine guards, industrial walkways, building facades and filter backing. Expanded metal mesh is manufactured by slitting solid metal sheets and stretching them into an integrated mesh panel, no welding joints exist on the whole sheet. Diamond opening is our mainstream pattern, supplied in two core styles: raised and flattened. Raised mesh retains the natural angled strands formed during expansion, delivering anti-slip performance for walkway use. Flattened mesh undergoes secondary rolling after expansion to get a smooth, thin flat surface, more suitable for decorative cladding and shielding panels. Available raw materials cover carbon steel, pre-galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy. This mesh serves multiple industries: machinery safety guards, industrial walkways, equipment housing, building facade cladding, filter backing, room partitions, storage racks and custom metal fabrication parts. All core dimensions including base sheet thickness, SWD, LWD, strand width, finished sheet size and surface coating must be confirmed before placing orders.
