Assembly:
1. Conductor copper, round-shaped, area range of 1.0 to 35.0 mm2, according to class 4 ( areas from 1.0 to 4.0 mm2 have a minimum of 19 wires, whereas areas from 6.0 to 10.0 mm2 have a minimum of
49 wires), area range of 50 to 400 mm2, according to class 3 to GOST 22483.
2. Isolator its allowed to apply synthetic films around the conductors (under the insulation) of cables
3. Insulation insulating rubber.
4. Twisting Insulated conductors of cables are twisted to form a cable using concentric layers in different directions. It is allowed to twist insulated conductors in concentric layers in one
direction. Each layer of cables with conductor areas of up to and including 2.5 mm2 has a count conductor and leader conductor. When cabling insulated conductors it is allowed to use a rubber cord
as filler.
5. Isolator a single synthetic film is applied over the insulation of single conductor cables or an outer layer of insulated conductors of cable. Cables can be made without taping.
6. Sheath - oil resistant flameretardant rubber.
Application:
NRShM vessel cables are intended for use in power and lighting networks and control circuits for making connections to movable and fixed current receptacles provided that they are protected against
direct as well as for laying in sea water exposed to the effects of radial hydrostatic pressure of up to 1.96 MPa (20 kgs/cm2).
