For outdoor usage, Symlux STI-AL007SO is designed with external RF SMA connector for connecting to outdoor external Antenna for ranged access. External connecting Antenna to Symlux STI-AL007SO could be a directional patch antenna with approximately gain of 8dBi and/or any of the parabolic directional gain Antennas.

Design with SNMP v1, v2c, and v3, STI-AL007SO built in with compliance SNMP protocol for remote management and control, and this features makes the deployment and off line troubleshooting easy and manageable.

Symlux STI-AL007SO is an IEEE 802.11b/g compliance wireless bridging client peripheral device for inter-connecting the Symlux Mesh Access Point to client networking equipment.  Build in with single 10/100 BaseT LAN ports for extending downstream network connectivity to multiple client equipment for broadband internet access. Operating at 2.4GHz ISM frequency band, the Symlux STI-AL007SO connects with Mesh AP or any Standard AP with dynamic data rate from 2Mbps ~ 54Mbps, depending on connecting signal quality and distance of access. The Symlux STI-AL007SO is suitable for enterprises, campus or off-site locations or residential entity to get connected to wireless broadband Internet connection.  Symlux STI-AL007SO comes with 500mW high power WiFi Radio solution for intensive outdoor operating range & environment.
