Bluebeacon Location Relay is a Wireless Beacon for Proximity Applications where Bluetooth enabled devices can detect a Bluebeacon from 10 meters to 100 meters away.
This enables the device to determine its physical location or zone. Typically the Bluetooth device, such as a Smart Phone, will run an application that can utilise location information to trigger location based services.
Applications include Location Based Services, Mobile Advertising, Proximity Marketing, or any other application that can benefit from knowing the location of a mobile device.
