AMT CLUTCH COVER ASSEMBLY

Designed for 2600Nm torque, with 34,000N clamping and max 11,500N release force. Features φ106mm release finger diameter, 13-14mm release stroke, and 3.6mm wear allowance.

Precision-built with φ475mm spigot diameter, 55mm installation height, 63.5mm bolt step height. Pressure plate: φ434mm inner, φ257mm outer diameter; gauge plate: 10.6mm thick. Compact height of 97mm, φ482mm max diameter for reliability and integration


1.Diaphragm Spring Hot Coining Process: The diaphragm spring is formed using a high-precision hot coining process. Rigorously verified by 3 million cycles of bench durability tests, the attenuation rate of its working clamping force and release force can be stably controlled within 10%, fully meeting the design specification requirements.

2.Elastic Support Ring Design: As a core structural component, the elastic support ring has a design objective focused on eliminating the wear clearance between the diaphragm spring and the fulcrum. This fundamentally avoids the risk of abrupt changes in the lift parameters of the cover assembly, and greatly extends the service life of the clutch assembly. Meanwhile, this design can effectively suppress the fluctuation range of release characteristics, making the release process more stable. It provides reliable hardware support for the precise calibration and efficient regulation of the AMT control system, helping to improve the overall vehicle shift smoothness and control response speed.

3.AMT Cover Assembly Release Force Curve Design: For the optimized design of the release characteristics of the AMT cover assembly, the core focus is on the precise control of two key indicators: release force drop stiffness and variation range of the release force drop value. The release force drop stiffness is strictly limited to100 N/mm, and the variation range of the release force drop value is controlled within12%. This design can maintain high stability of the release force characteristics of the cover assembly, providing reliable parameter basis for the precise calculation and command output of the software control system. It effectively avoids the risk of system overshoot, realizes smooth and gentle control of the clutch disengagement and engagement process, and improves the shift quality and operation reliability of the AMT system.
