The impeller clearance of the AH type slurry pump is adjusted when it leaves the factory. 1. The slurry pump has been disassembled during maintenance. At this time, the impeller clearance adjusted at the factory may be damaged, and the impeller clearance needs to be readjusted.

2. The impeller has been replaced. When replacing a new impeller, we need to pay attention to whether the impeller clearance is appropriate. If it is not suitable, the impeller clearance needs to be adjusted.

3. There is abnormal noise. When the slurry pump is running, if you hear abnormal noise in the pump chamber, you need to check whether the impeller clearance is appropriate.

4. Friction. When there is friction between the impeller and the guard plate, it means that the impeller clearance is gone and needs to be adjusted.

5. The pump does not move when the hand is turned. If our slurry pump does not move when the hand pump is turned on, it may be that there is no gap between the impeller and the guard plate and they are stuck together, and the impeller gap needs to be adjusted.
