Description
JiangSu AoKai selects Japan Toray PPS fiber and opening ,needling by Germany ERKO and DILO equipment .Our process and technology specialist always manufacture different filter bags according to the customer’s filtration process .The PPS filter bag have different kinds of filter ,PPS filter bag ,PPS water and oil repellent filter bag ,PPS (ptfe scrim)filter bag ,PPS&PTFE mixing filter bag ,30%PPS and 70%PTFE filter bag,50%PPS and 50%PTFE filter bag,70% PPS and 30% PTFE filter bag .
Features:
1.Exceptional Stability for a Wide Range of Temperature and Frequency Variations
(working temperature 190ºC, instantaneous operating temperature 230ºC)
2. Be suitable for the oxygen content below 15%;
3. Chemical Resistance to Acids, Alkali and Organic Solvents
4. Containing moisture in the flue gas; Hydrolysis Resistance
5. Very stable in finished felt form with stability standards at 2% shrink or stretch.
6. Favorable temperature resistance melting point 285ºC, limited oxygen index 34~35;
