Description
JiangSu AoKai filter bag select the NO.1 international brand DuPont Conex fiber .The cross section of the fiber is abnormal shape ,the line density is average and high filtration accuracy .The Conex filter bag is one of the METAMAX filter bag .The JAPAN TEIJIN company and the USA Dupont company corporation the company registered in Hong Kong at 1997 .The conex fiber and nomex fiber collectively know as” METAMAX fiber “.But this company broke up at 2005,the name of the fiber resumed conex fiber and nomax fiber .
Feature:
1.Continuous operating temperature is up to 200°C, instant service temperature is up to 240°C
2.Fire retardant performance is excellent
3.Corrosion resistance and alkali resistance is good
4.Excellent thermal stability, excellent abrasion resistance and flexural resistance
5.Hydrolysis resistance is poor, frequent SOx and vapor in flue gas or dew point will greatly reduce its service life.
