Good size stability of Polypropylene (PP) filter cloth

PP filter cloth is made of 3D or 6D pp short-staple and high-strength base cloth through the needling ,reinforce ,calendaring ,heat-setting and some other after treatment process .PP has more excellent acid and alkali resistance and lower softening point than polyester needle felt ,the polypropylene needle felt apply in the gas temperature of under 100 degree c and higher acid and alkali industry .It has good stability of the dimension ,higher strength ,small elongation and so on .Because of the smooth surface and high air permeability ,it also unique advantage such as small vacuum drag ,waste energy ,easy to clean .
