Assembly:
1. Conductor copper, round-shaped, area range of 1.0 to 4.0 mm2, according to class 3, area range of 6 to 400 mm2, according to class 2. 
2. Isolator its allowed to apply synthetic films around the conductors (under the insulation) of cables
3. Insulation insulating rubber. 
4. Twisting Insulated conductors of cables are twisted to form a cable using concentric layers in different directions. It is allowed to twist insulated conductors in concentric layers in one direction. Insulated conductors of two conductor cables of up to and including 4 mm2 of area can be positioned in parallel. Each layer of cables with conductor areas of up to and including 2.5 mm2 has a count conductor and leader conductor. When cabling insulated conductors it is allowed to use a rubber cord as a filler.
5. Isolator a single synthetic film is applied over the insulation of single conductor cables or an outer layer of insulated conductors of cable. 
6. Inner sheath of PVC or rubber as option.
7. Screen is applied over the inner sheath in the form of two layer braiding or serving with 80% density of maximum 0.3 mm diameter copper wires Cable screen can be made with a copper tape not more than 0.5 mm thick in form of taping with minimum 25% overlapping.
8. Isolator It is allowed to apply a single synthetic film over the wire braiding, serving or copper taping.

Application:
KNREk vessel cables are intended for use in power and lighting networks, control circuits, alarm units and interconnections.They are designed for fixed laying applications indoors and on the open deck provided that they are protected against solar radiation effects including those of vapors and condensate of oils and fuels, vapors of acids, alkalis, apatite, coal, cement and other dusts, flour from fish and other fish products in fish processing shop and refrigerator room conditions as well under the effects of radial hydrostatic pressure of up to 1.96 MPa (20 kgs/cm2).
