It should be preheated if the ambient temperature of the cable laying is lower than 0'C
Its permissible operationg temperature in long-term is 90'C,the max.temperature of the conductor in short-circuit is not more than 250'C,and its duration is not more than 5 seconds.
The cable is used for electrical power distribution and lighting systems outside the containment of the reactor in nuclear station at rated voltage 0.6/1kV.
This cable is the rated voltage 0.6/1kV Class 1E and category K3 low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant power cable used for nuclear power station.
