The 5-wire touch screens offers the ideal solution for repetitive applications such as point-of-sale and restaurant systems. The advantage of the 8-wire touch screen is its ability to withstand
extreme heat, humidity and airborne contaminants. It is also immune to voltage and resistance fluctuation. The 8-wire design is recommended for factory machinery, industrial
applications, voting machines, KIOSK and other larger size electronic applications.
