This is implemented in 90 nano-micron, 1.2V technology. It is available in 480 FCBGA package with industrial operating temperature. The device is RoHS compliant and is qualified for both industrial and commercial grades.
INNOASICs 32-bit Embedded RISC processor is designed to provide a cost-effective and high performance micro-controller solution for hand-held devices and general applications. To reduce total system cost, this also provides the following : LCD/VGA controller, UART, Memory controller, PCI controller, GPIO and 10/100 Ethernet MAC controller.
