The programme works in Windows XP, ME, 2000 and offers a good operative interface.
Mosaic is able to create many palletizing schemes including many functions, like for exemple:
1. Automatic production of palletizing schemes: you just have to input pallet size + product size and the system will offer you the best solutions.
2. Manual change of palletizing scheme with possibility of changing position and orientation of all placed products, and also possibility of adding or removing them.
3. integrated helping system
4. managing of interlayer and interpallet
5. dynamic managing of parameters of the robot according to the type of product to be palletised
6. managing of multiple picking up until 1 to 6 products for robot cycle
7. managing of compressed air and ejector made by pliers according to palletizing cycle (high or low pressure)
8. possibility of interfacing the managing of data palletizing schemes with eventual managerial software of the customer (optional)
The new way to face the problem of production of palletizing schemes and its great flexibility will allow you to reach excellent results, like for exemple to optimize the space on the pallet and to improve its stability.
