You can use this software as a admin and as a user.
For Admin:
For this you should have an website where you will upload it. And after that you can create various client for use this and give link to your clients. you can charge monthly or as you wish to clients.

For user:
You are a client of admin. and you have link, username,password provided by admin.
You can modify password and can mass mailing
