Distribution System

The priorities were to speed-up the order-picking process, reduce labour costs, improve performance and eliminate possible fault sources in putting together the dispatch units. The aim was to shorten delivery times, have fewer returns and improve control over all processes from warehousing to delivery with a high degree of automation.
