Front Office system covers the following modules. These modules integrate with the back office thereby avoiding redundancy in the operation and gives on line updated information at any given time. Separate options are provide for sales and purchase for easy of use and for security reason.

• The system is broadly divided into three (3) areas of operation with complete integration. The financial accounting module enables the user to maintain multi-level chart of account, each customer can have as many accounts as the number of currencies, each branch can be configured as a separate company so that their profit and loss can be computed independently with consolidation at Head Office. Revaluation & evaluation processes are available to revaluate and evaluate the stocks in hand. Following are the back office modules.
