ServeGen allows for food & beverage orders to be taken via PDAs or Touchscreen monitors. The related tokens are generated at the appropriate kitchens or/and bars for preparation, and the bill amount is automatically updated at the cashier's counter. The process continues until the final order for a particular table is given, and a bill is prepared with appropriate taxes, service charges and/or any additional charges. Settlement (or Tendering) is done with cash, credit card, vouchers or other means. Exhaustive reports are available to aid the management.
