The system uses graphics and photos to help ensure proper part and tooling selection. All pertinent process data is monitored and collected in database format for future reference or use in the system's extensive reporting features. Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs can be added as an option for tracking and indicating when PMs are due, and for providing on-line help for performing preventive maintenance procedures. 
 

PRIMS: Process Reporting and Integrated Monitoring System is our PC-based operator interface for shot peening. PRIMS enables the user to close-loop monitor and control the shot peening process to meet all of the most demanding shot peening specifications while at the same time making the machine easy to operate.
