FastBEM Acoustics? is a new generation of software for modeling large-scale 3-D acoustic wave problems based on the boundary element method (BEM) and accelerated by the fast multipole method (FMM). Large-scale acoustic models with more than two millions of DOFs (complex variables) can now be solved using a desktop PC and several millions of DOFs on a high-end PC workstation.
