C.   Questions & Answers about Sinos Mobile

1  For the first time user, please made sure your Sim Card phone number had subscripted the SNS Network Service. If you do not subscript the service, please contact our dealer in your area or our customer service for subscription.   
2:   Registered the SIM Card Phone No., whether the new account opening, or a current user who phone number has changed; Go  to the Phone Manu, Call Center" - "" Set Area Code ", where your Sim Card Area code is set in, e.g. Beijing 01, Shenzhen, 0755. The Phone number refers to input your SIM1 card mobile phone number; if you had subscripted but changed the SIM1 card phone number, you are requested to modify the Phone Number and the Area Code.
3:   Channel Choice: You can use channels 0-9 to dial, by default, the best use of 9 or 0 Channel Channel 9 need GPRS.  (Generally 5 RMB monthly packages is sufficient );  in a few areas Use only Channel 9.
4:   Using SNS Network Calls: Input the phone numbers or from the phone book to find the number you want to call or 00 + Country Code + Phone number for international call and press the middle of a small square button to made the call.
5:   To check the SNS Network Balance:  click on " Balance functions key to look up your prepaid balance in the SNS network..
6:   Free Roaming Service: When your phone in roaming and you want to use the SNS Network Free Roaming Feature to avoid high roaming chargesOpen the SNS Roaming Service: in the "Caller," Enter your answer telephone number at your side. In the  "Called" Enter the telephone number you want to call, when complete press OK and wait a moment the phone beside you that will be ringed. You can pick up the phone and answer calls with called.
7:   Service keys: Enter the key provide by us and save it in your phone. Your phone will be automatically upgraded.
8:   Access the Service keys: You will receive SNS Network updated key, copy down the key and save it in your phone accurately.

B.   Use the SNS DID Call network  to made the cheap local and international phone calls and check your SNS DID Call balance:

A.  Use the China Mobile and Unicom GSM network to make the call: Input the phone numbers or from the phone book to find the number you want to dial, press the left key 1 or 2 to make the phone call.
