LCS designed an Automatically Moving trolley on the wheels withBatch Weighers. Depending on Recipe, theTrolley will stop at the Material hopper. Then Batching system willopen coarse / fine gates and collect the material, then it will collectthe balance material in the Recipe.Based on the Available Mixer, trolley will move to the mixer and discharge the tray and collect anEmpty tray from available conveyor. Thisis the state of Art Insitu Weighing System which prevents operator from initialing solid particles and remotely produces based on products.
