WEIGH FEEDER

The weigh feeder is a custom engineered equipment to provide solution to the problem faced in continuous bulk proportioning of solids. This gravemetric feeder enables to feed the material at controlled rate. In closed loop control system a precise control over the rate of flow of material is acheived by a microprocessor based module (weighing system ) a PID Module and an AC motor drive. The system consists of control panel, Local panel,loadcell to meassure the instantaneous load, a tacho generator to sense the speed of the belt conveyor which is driven by an AC motor & gearbox.
