23ft Rockwood travel trailer model T-2305. This trailer has a rear bedroom with a double bed, overhead storage, its own door, added rubbermaid storage at the foot of the bed and under bed storage. It also has a curtain that closes off the bedroom from the rest of the trailer.
The center of the trailer has the fully enclosed bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and some storage. And across the hall from the bathroom is the galley kitchen with a clothes closet, fridge, stove, range hood, microwave, and double stainless steel sink. More storage is under the counter top including 2 drawers and two cabinets. Overhead storage area is found over this counter.
In the front, is the dinette that can sit 4 to 5 people and will convert into the second sleeping area. When the table is folded down and the cushions rearranged it makes another double bed.
Over the front bed is an upper bunk that may sleep 2 small children. This area is full width of the RV, is about 18" high, and is fairly narrow. When not being used as a bed, platform folds up and becomes a storage cabinet.
Outside, the trailer is fitted with a 16' awning. The awning is the same age as the trailer. It show its age, but works well. There is also a screen room that attaches to the awning, providing protection from bugs and possibly more space for guests. There are two propane 20 lb. tanks, these were replaced in 2003 to comply with the new overflow protection. There is some pass through storage at the front of the trailer, located underneath the dinette and accessible outside, as well. Tongue jack and stabilizer legs are manual.
