The tent can be manufactured with your own brand logo or with the established Sherpa brand name.

The tent has double stitching and extra care and strengthening has been provided to all stress points and seams.

All annex room poles are heavy duty galvanised and stored in a carry bag.

A power lead access point is provided via a zippered opening.

The tent is free standing, but guy ropes and pegs are provided and recommended in wet or windy conditions. The guy ropes and pegs come in their own storage bags.

All windows are fitted with midgee mesh screens and some windows have half clears that allow the window flaps to be placed down during inclement weather, but still allow in light.  The window flaps also have eyelets that allows the flaps to be pegged out as mini awnings.

An alumimium ladder is provided to access the bed.  We use an alumimium ladder as the heavy steel one used by some manufacturers could cause injury if it fell onto a child.  The ladder can be stored in it's own carry bag when not in use.

The bedbase measuring approximately 2250mm x 1700mm is constructed from heavy duty construction ply with a steel frame.  Many manufacturers advertise that their bedboard is made from marine ply, but in most cases this is not the case as marine ply is difficult and expensive to obtain in China.  The bed board has 2 hatches under the mattress to allow access into the trailer.

This tent has a king size bed and we are the only manufacturer who provides an an inner spring mattress at no extra cost.  A privacy screen is fitted over the bed, but this can be rolled down if not required. A dust cover is provided to protect and cover the mattress when the tent is folded up to prevent any dirt etc marking the mattress.

The bottom section of the travel cover is attached to the bed base with sailtrack and this provides a neat and secure seal.

The tent is constructed using 14oz plain or ripstop canvas, and can sleep up to 8 people.  It has a fully enclosed sunroom and this room also has a velcro in floor.  The external travel cover consists of two pieces that are secured together with a zip and velcro to provide a dust and waterproof seal.

This tent is designed to fit trailers that have an overall height of approximately 1050mm. This is the most common height requirement for Australian camper trailers.  We can manufacture to other height requirements if required.
