The state of art innovative E Line sets new standards thanks to their highly
modular, thermoplastic tension member of polyester fabric/cords.
It combines the benefits of the polyamide sheet constructions such as good
damping properties & greater security against breakage with higher power
transmission & small pulley diameters. The tension member design with its straight
polyester warp threads provides a linear belt pull/elongation ratio, with high
lateral tear strength & edge stability. Thanks to the highly modular tension
elongation characteristics, the creep phenomenon in the belt is reduced,
ensuring more uniform spindle speeds & yarn quality.
The use of thermoplastic materials in the belt makes it possible to splice them
endless simply with a flexible Z splice. The splice with uniform thickness
guarantees long service life & prevents more operational noise.
