T-bottom type pulley

This type of construction is normally used for heavy duty applications using double taper locking elements or where the torque transmission capabilities of the single taper locking assembly has been exceeded. The main feature of this construction is a face welded pulley and thus the shell to hub weld is moved out of the high stress area at the end plate.
