HELICAL GEAR BOX

Helical Gearbox can be manufactured as per customer requirement.

As per standard available for 1/4 HP, 1/2 HP, 1 HP, 2 HP, 3 HP, 4 HP, 5 HP upto 25 HP.

Material of Helical Gears used is case hardened steel & ground while shalf material used is mostly En24 duly hardened and Ground.

Helical Gearboxes generally used where high torque is required.

Helical Gearboxes of two stage, three stage, four stage etc. manufactured as per torque and ratio required. They are used in heavy crane, Extruder in plastic Industry, in heavy machinery.
