NCWX series horizontal milling machine is the horizontal machine developed by the technical personnel of our company, equipped with advanced numerical control system and integrates milling processing and boring holes.
Main characteristics:
1.The vertical pillar,base ,sliding platform and work bench are made of high strength Ht300 cast iron.The overall machine is solid.With strong shock resistance,it is not easy to deform.The surface of work bench goes through high frequency,heat treatment,featuring high hardness.
2.The machine tool adopts well-known brand high precision linear guide and large diameter ball-screw,providing excellent rigidity and precision,stable movement,high precision of processing and high stability of mechanical drive performance.
3.The machine adopts imported brand main shaft,featuring good performance and free maintenance.
4.Machine tool adopts Japanese Mitsubishi numerical control system,featuring stable performance,simple operation and better expansibility.
