CQ Series Stainless Steel Magnetic Drive Pump

The CQ Series stainless steel magnetic drive pump from Changyu Pump transfers compatible industrial liquids using a permanent-magnet coupling. Its containment arrangement replaces the conventional rotating shaft seal, reducing the risk of leakage at that seal point.

Wetted material options include 304 and 316L stainless steel. Published series range: flow 1.2-60 m3/h; head 5-50 m; motor power 0.12-18.5 kW; medium temperature -20 to 90 C. These are series ranges across multiple models; the final duty and material specification require confirmation.

Typical uses include compatible chemical and pharmaceutical process liquids, electroplating solutions and liquid circulation systems. The standard pump should not be used for liquids containing hard solid particles or fibers. Do not run the pump dry: internal bearings depend on the pumped liquid for lubrication. Select the pump using the required flow and head, liquid composition, temperature, viscosity and density.
