The HB Series stainless steel abrasive slurry pump from Changyu Pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump for particle-bearing and moderately corrosive liquids. Its stainless steel wetted components and semi-open impeller support industrial slurry transfer.
Material options include 304, 316L, duplex 2205 and super duplex 2507 stainless steel, selected according to the liquid chemistry and operating conditions. The listed applicable particle size is 0.3-1 mm. Applications include mining, metallurgy, chemical slurry transfer and environmental treatment systems.
Selection requires the required flow and head, liquid composition, solids concentration, particle size and temperature. Final materials, seal arrangement and duty parameters must be confirmed for each application; stainless steel is not suitable for every corrosive medium.
