UHB Series UHMWPE Industrial Slurry Pump

The UHB Series industrial slurry pump from Changyu Pump is a cantilevered, single-stage centrifugal pump designed for solid-laden or crystalline corrosive liquids. It uses UHMW-PE material, a semi-open impeller and a cartridge mechanical seal.

The series is used for industrial slurry, corrosive process liquids and wastewater transfer. Pump materials, lining configuration, sealing and hydraulic selection are matched to the actual medium and process requirements.

Published series range: flow 3-2600 m3/h; head 5-100 m; motor power 0.75-300 kW; speed 750-2900 rpm; medium temperature -20 to 90 C. These ranges cover multiple models and are not a single guaranteed duty point. Final selection depends on flow, head, specific gravity, solids content, particle size, chemical composition and temperature.
