Similarities between ZJL vertical slurry pump and SP submersible slurry pump

We have introduced the difference between ZJL and SP slurry pumps before. Both series of slurry pumps are vertical slurry pumps. So what are the similarities between them? Today we will introduce them.

1. They are both vertical slurry pumps, also known as submersible slurry pumps. Both pumps work with the pump head submerged underwater and the motor at a high position, which is suitable for working conditions under the ground under slurry.

2. They both have the same purpose, they are both used to transport slurry containing particulate matter.

3. Structurally speaking, they are all single-shell pumps, with only a sheath and impeller, and no separate pump body and pump cover. When working, the upper part of the support plate should be above the liquid level, and the motor cannot be immersed in water.

1. Both are vertical slurry pumps, and both are submerged slurry pumps. When both pumps are working, the pump shaft is at a vertical angle to the horizontal line, and part of them needs to be immersed below the liquid level in the pit;

2. The uses of the two are almost the same. Generally speaking, the choice is just a matter of habit. Generally, ZJL slurry pumps are more commonly used for coal washing, while SP submersible slurry pumps are more commonly used for metal mines;

3. Both are single-shell pumps in terms of structure. When working, the upper part of the support plate is above the liquid level, and the motor cannot be immersed in water (this is also the obvious difference between the vertical submersible slurry pump and the submersible slurry pump).
