The AH type slurry pump is a series of horizontal centrifugal pumps. It is a slurry pump with double pump casings for axial suction. The water outlet of the pump can be installed and used in eight water outlet directions every 45 degrees within 360 degrees. The AH type slurry pump can transport highly abrasive materials in the area of small flow and low lift, even if the operating speed is lower than 60% of the maximum speed of the pump and the flow rate of the pump outlet is less than 8 meters/second. Slurry can transport light abrasive slurry in high lift and large flow areas. If the working condition point has exceeded the optimal working condition range within the curve, we can choose the HH type slurry pump.
There are also rubber-lined rubber pumps in the AH series, represented by the letter R, that are AHR-type slurry pumps. AHR type slurry pump can be used for slurry without sharp particles. Acidic slurries can also be transported.
The shaft sealing methods of AH series slurry pump generally include packing seal, impeller seal and mechanical seal. The transmission mode can be direct coupling, or belt transmission can be used according to different speeds. Belt transmission is divided into four transmission modes: CV transmission, ZVZ transmission, CRZ transmission, and CLZ transmission. The appropriate transmission method can be selected according to different current conditions.
