Overview
Automatic glue machine use CAD/CAM technology, it combine pneumatic, chemistry, CNC, computer software, manufacture, it is typical mechatronics products. Glue machine has high automatic degree. It is easy to program, easy to operate, it has high position accurate, it can work together with product line.
Technical parameter
1. X.Y two-axis AC servo motor driven, it can achieve Line Interpolation or circular interpolation. Z axis pneumatic is used for work station convert, to protect and prevent adhesives distance between nozzle and gelatinize plane.
2. Apply adhesive: hot melt glue, planar seal silicone, planar seal anaerobic adhesive, threaded sealant, structural adhesive, cylindrical solid glue holding, bowl type plug glue etc.
3. Gelatinize trajectory: The cantilevered gelatinize machine tracks
