Production Capacity
We have more than 288 employees and our company covers an area of 67,500 square meters, among which 52,400 square meters for factory areas. Highly first-class equipments including advanced technological processing, testing methods and perfect quality control system (CNC, air hammers, Auto-rolled rods/forged ball lines, steel tempering and oil-quenching lines,numerical lathe, numerical milling machines, precision grinding machines, X-rays,HRC/HBN hardness testers, optical spectrum analyzers, etc). We have 10 skew rolling and automatically steel balls & rods production lines, 6 automatically casting chromium grinding media balls, ball sections production lines, and oil-quenching heat heated equipments for ensuring the expected quality, an annual output of 80,000 tons and more.
