Located in China and founded in 2002, Suizhou Gaincin Machinery Co.,Ltd (Gaincin.com). has been specializing in designing and manufacturing steel forged balls, and rolling grinding media steel balls, mill bars,rods for mining mill, high chromium grinding media balls, hyper steel grinding media balls,ball sections for cement mill with ISO9001:2008, SGS, TUV,CTI,Asian Inspection, COTECNA, Control Union and BV Certification. At the same time, we also integrated the skillful engineering investigation and site operation teams.
Production Capacity
We have more than 288 employees and our company covers an area of 88,500 square meters, among which 67,530 square meters for factory areas. Highly first-class equipments including advanced technological processing, testing methods and perfect quality control system (CNC, air hammers, Auto-rolled rods/forged ball lines, steel tempering and oil-quenching lines,numerical lathe, numerical milling machines, precision grinding machines, X-rays,HRC/HBN hardness testers, optical spectrum analyzers, etc). We have 7 skew rolling and automatically steel balls & rods production lines, 6 automatically casting chromium grinding media balls, ball sections production lines, and oil-quenching heat heated equipments for ensuring the expected quality, an annual output of 80,000 tons and more.
R&D Capacity and Quality Control
The design and production team at Gaincin Machinery is comprised of 18 professional design engineers with master\'s or bachelor degrees, in addition to 15 detail designers. They are able to ensure and improve our product quality through technological innovation and strict management. Our 15 QC inspectors with up to 15 years experience rigorously tracking each step of production to ensure high qualified steel grinding mill media to reach our customers.
