Perspiration Tester is to determine colour fastness test to water, sea water, perspiration fastness in textiles and sublimation during storage. Perspiration tester consists of 1 stainless steel
frame with 21 acrylic separator plates to hold 20 samples. Thus the both ISO/AATCC test methods can be done in one time.
ISO 105 E01/E02/E04, BS 1006, AATCC 15/106/107, DIN 54005, M&S C6/C7, NEXT TM4, DIN EN ISO 105 E01/E02/E04, GB/T 3992/5713/5714
The Perspiration Tester is designed for color fastness test of various kinds of textile materials and textiles to perspiration, sea water, saliva, distilled water, etc.
The Perspiration Tester is widely used in determining the color fastness of textiles to perspiration, sea water, saliva and distilled water. The colored textile specimen combined together with the
prescribed lining fabric is wet out in a simulated acid perspiration solution or others. After the wetting processed, the specimen combination is extruded to remove the excess fluid and sandwiched
between the sample board, applied with specified pressure for a certain period of time. Then dry the specimen and the lining fabric seperately and observe the color change.
The stainless steel frame can hold 20 samples held between acrylic separator plates.Loading weights for AATCC, ISO and BS standards are included.Use It is equipped with a sweat color fastness oven
and a chemical reagent kit for AATCC and ISO perspiration test, including 500g Sodium Chloride, 500g Sodium Dihydrogen Orthophosphate 2H2O, 500g Di-Sodium Hydrogen Orthophosphate 2H2O, 200g
