Carphedon, also called Phenylpiracetam, is a phenylated analog of the drug piracetam available as a prescription drug. Research on animals has indicated that Carphedon may have anti-amnesic,
antidepressant, anticonvulsant, antipsychotic, anxiolytic, and memory enhancement effects.
