Plate Compactor Used to Compact Sand or Gravel Hard

Plate compactor, also named as vibratory plate compactor, includes electric plate compactor and gasoline plate compactor. It also can be divided into single direction plate compactor and reversible plate compactor. Gasoline or diesel engine is in the condition of air-cooled, single cylinder, 4-stroke. It can compact the ground hard. It is a perfect machine used to compact the sand, asphalt, gravel, granular soil, grit. It is usually used in sloping surface, patio, path, driveway, pavement, trench, foundation, etc. It has low amplitude, high frequency, highly maneuverable, is easy to operate. The base plate is made of ductile iron or steel to provide better durability. It is popular in building construction.

The gasoline plate compactor has yellow body, black water tank, base plate, handle and white oil tank.

PC-1: Gasoline plate compactor has high efficiency and low amplitude.The gasoline plate compactor has orange base plate, sealed belt cover and black handle, water tank, oil tank.

PC-2: Anti-vibration handle on gasoline plate compactor can reduce vibration.The electric plate compactor has black handle, base plate, protective frame, green motor and yellow body.

PC-3: Electric plate compactor can be used to compact gravel and grit.A plate compactor in the ditch and behind it is a pile of sand.

PC-4: Plate compactor is used to compact soil and sand.

Throttle control is available as optional.

Reversible plate compactor is easy to reach control.

Start the compactor on earth, sand or gravel, not on concrete.

If the fill material is too wet, then the compactor gets bogged.

The fill material should be raked to flat as the final levels are reached.
