Shandong Yipin Mining Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Abbr. Yipin) is a professional manufacturer of wear-resistant cast steel used in mining crushers. Our company is a high-tech enterprise in Shandong Province and was awarded “Abiding by Contracts and Keeping Promises Enterprise”. The main business includes design, manufacturing and sales of lining boards of the cone crusher (Mn19Cr2Mo), lining boards of the ball mill (Mn19Cr2Mo), toothed plates of the jaw crusher (Mn18Cr2Mo1) and other related products.
Our company has a first-class production and testing equipment, a group of experienced management and technical personnel and strong strengths in technology research and development and product processing. Our company has been cooperating with Beijing University of Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong University, etc. to research and develop new formula and products. After 5 years of hard work, we have successfully developed a new formula (Mn19Cr2Mo), which can greatly improve the performances of the lining boards and toothed plates. Our company has obtained the patent of this formula (Patent No: 201510768154.X). Tests showed that the ore processing capacities of the lining plates and toothed plates with this new formula produced by us are 20% higher than the capacities of the international same products (such as the Mn19Cr2 lining plates and toothed plates of Metso). Meanwhile, other properties, such as the wear resistance, strength, toughness, and resistant corrosion, etc., are more outstanding than the ones of the international same products. Now, we are working on a “Nano Particles, Twin Crystal and Martensite Composited High Manganese Steel Ball Crusher Lining Plates” project, which is scheduled to finished at the end of the year.
The crusher, lining plates and toothed plates of wear-resistant cast steel produced by our company have been widely used in large mining enterprises of gold, iron and non-ferrous metals, etc. Our products are well received by customers because of their stable quality, excellent performance and high quality service.
