Chenfan Electric manufactures custom transformer cores and processes CRGO/GOES electrical steel in Hebei, China. Established in 2015, the business has 51-100 employees and approximately USD 30 million in annual sales. Its combined transformer core manufacturing and CRGO processing capacity is approximately 50 tonnes per day.
Our manufacturing scope includes step-lap core laminations, assembled transformer cores, pre-stacked ready-to-insert cores, CRGO slit coils and cut strips. Work follows agreed project drawings and material specifications. Manufacturing controls cover dimensions, burrs, stacking geometry, alignment and material traceability. Inspection, protective packaging and delivery form are agreed for each order.
Chenfan Electric supports transformer OEM projects in Brazil and Latin America, India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and non-EU Europe.
