It is extremely important for a metalworking knife to be out of a correct mateiral and made with correct hardness. Before we submit a quote or initiate production,we always make sure of cutting or shearing details like metals to be sheared,shearing thickness,working frequency etc. We are capable of making a straight shear knife of 7 meters or 23 feet long in a continuous length. We also bolt carbide edge onto a straight shear blade to prolong its working life while it stays at a very cost effective level. Currently we ship shear knives mainly to the Unites States,Turkey, Indonesia,Japanese and Korean companies here in China and they are repeating orders.
