Rules for obtaining visa to Ukraine.

(We consider two types of visas, entry the territory of Ukraine for the private purposes and entry the territory of Ukraine for business purposes).

Obtaining of the visa to enter Ukraine is divided into two stages.

How to get a visa to Ukraine?

Step 1.

According to the new rules for foreign citizens entering Ukraine with a private purpose, the following visas can be given:

Short-term visa for a period of stay in Ukraine not exceeding 90 days within 180 days from the date of first entry. This visa is issued as a single, double and multi-entry visa for 6 months or the period specified in the documents, which are the basis for obtaining of such a visa, but no more than 5 years.
We need a prepayment of 50% of the cost of invitation.
We need a copy of the first page of the passport of a foreigner (copies of previous visas, if any), information on the dates of entry and exit from Ukraine;
The invitation will be ready in 3 - 5 business days after the application (depending on urgency)
To obtain a visa, you shall submit the invitation along with the visa application form, one passport size photo and travel documents in the Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate in your place of residence.
BUSINESS INVITATION TO UKRAINE / ENTRY TO UKRAINE FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES

All invitations will be of a standard form and will be formalized by territorial administration on citizenship and registration of natural persons.

90 days of stay with a corridor of 180 days, cost $ 250

90 days of stay with a corridor of 360 days, cost $ 300

According to the new rules, the representatives of business community can obtain the following visas:

Short-term visa for a period of stay in Ukraine not exceeding 90 days within 180 days from the date of first entry. Step 2.
The prepared invitation will be sent to you by fax or e-mail anywhere in the world.
