Operating step about how to make a shoe sole mold by silicone rubber

 1. Brush some release agent to the  original sole mold.(release agent can be soap water,detergent, vaseline etc)

 

 

2,Form a box for the original sole mold.

 

 

3,mix our shoe sole silicone with the catalyst (100:5)evenly and pour the mixture to the box.

 

 

 

4,After the shoe soles silcone rubber cured,simply demould it ,then you will get a finished sole silicone mold.

 

 

5,Put the finished sole silicone mold into a Box,and pour the plaster onto it.

   

6,After the plaster cured,simply demould it,you will get a plaster sole mold from the silicone mold.If you repeat step 4 and continue pour plaster into the silicone sole mold,you can get many new plaster mold(As the below picture shows,The green one is the sole silicone mold and the white one is the plaster sole mold)

Attention: When the silicone rubber supplier ask your requirement on the duplication times of silicone,they want to know  how much  plaster sole mold you want to get from the silicone sole mold. For example,you want 2 plaster sole  molds,your requirements on duplication times is 2.
