in final negotiations to acquire two large CD / DVD
replication and logistics companies. The company expects to make announcements in the near
future to reveal the details of these transactions and is working diligently to close
these deals.
These operations once completed will allow ATM to have the ability to replicate and duplicate any work in the ATM industry and the acquisition will further the state of the art duplication equipment for more efficient processing of orders of compliance. With the addition of these ATM transactions waiting to be scored on a base of income and assets for trading on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market. The company also hopes to be a fully reporting company late in the second quarter of 2012.
