Libo Magnet Wire specializes in producing oxygen-free copper / aluminum magnet wire in flat, square and round shapes, both bare and with enamel, paper and fiberglass insulation. We also produce Continuous Transposed Conductor (CTC).
Libo Magnet Wire operates six world-class continuous conforming production lines and two CTC production lines. Our investments in quality assurance equipment and procedures enable us to meet international export standards. Our annual production capacity is 9000 tons of magnet wire and 3000 tons of CTC.
Paper Wrapped Magnet Wire is used for windings in transformers and other electrical equipment. Libo starts the process with oxygen-free copper bar and by using continuous conforming technology produces wire to customer requirements, which is then wrapped with the specified insulating paper.
We produce paper wrapped copper/aluminum rectangular wire (in three grades of hardness), paper wrapped copper/aluminum round wire, and Nomex? paper wrapped copper/aluminum rectangular wire.
