Applications of Shaft Impact Crusher:
This series of Shaft Impact Crusher is suitable to crush and reshape the flexible, mid-hard and very hard materials. It is widely used in mining, cement, fireproof materials, carborundum, glass raw
materials, building sand, building stones and many metallurgy, slag industries. It is much more
professional than other crushers in crushing hard and anti-abrasion materials such as
carborundum, sintered bauxite, magnesite and so on. It is usually used as sand-making
machine in the sand production line.
Working Principles of Shaft Impact Crusher:
The material enters into the sand-making machine via feed hopper. It will be divided into two parts by distributor: one part of the material enters high speed rotating impeller through the middle of distributor and was rapidly accelerated in impeller. The acceleration speed can achieve as hundreds
of times as gravity acceleration, then the part material is thrown out from the three impeller runners.
