MT-48W series of high-speed full automation bottle cap molding folding machine is hydraulic system . The control system is Imported PLC + Temperature control module +Imported touch screen + Import photoelectric detection.

      The Air drive system is use SMC brand. and the extrusion system is made by Hardened-gear speed reducer and inverter +Energy saving heater.

2.Temperature PID control, make sure the high quality and high accuracy of plastic products.

3.If the electric heating temperature do not reach at the seatting temperature,the cold slug can prevent from starting.

4.monitor ,calculate,alarm,self-diagnosis failures device.

5.gas tank filter obstruction alarm.

6.temperature deviation alarm/oil temperature deviation alarm/mould temperature deviation alarm.

7.caps detection system is optional.
