   Introduction of Sprial Chute

   Spiral concentrator, spiral chute & Spiral separator are gravity concentrators and separate minerals of different specific gravity according to their relative movement in response to gravity, centrifugal force and other forces in the fluid medium. It has extremely good performance and effects in processing placer of beach, riverside, seashore and stream.Our spirals are made of polyurethane lined fiber glass with wearable corundum inner surface.
     Generally there are 5 turns in one start, single, twin, triple and quad starts available per column to suit capacity requirements.

      Working principle of Spiral Chute

      Spiral chute will be erected, calibrate vertical line, using fixed hob or wood at a suitable location, ore will be delivered to the feed-in mouth on the top of the spiral by the pump, add supplementary water, adjust the concentration of ore oar, ore oar swirl down from the high naturally, top of the spiralby on top of two spiral feed, the supplementary add water, adjusting the concentration of ore oar, ore oar natural swirl down from the high, Rotary flow velocity at the slope to create a inertial centrifugal force.

According to the proportion of ore, granularity, shape differences, through the gravity and centrifugal force of swirl flow, separate the ore and sand, concentrated mine flow into the bucket of concentrated mine then discharge by pipe, tailings flow into the from flowing into the tailing bucket, also be discharged by pipe and send to the sand pool, then take away by sand pump, complete the entire process of beneficiation.
